Hi.

The other day I noticed my website had lost all its styling, and the background was white instead of black - I understand this is the default for DIVI. The issue was present all browsers, in Private mode, and on a different computer, so it's definitely not a local caching issue.
This resolved the issue and restored my custom CSS: DIVI → Theme Options → Builder → Clear CSS Cache

Hi, it's been a hot minute since I've used DIVI and I'm hoping someone can help me with a quick sanity-check - is this a bug or user error? And if user error, what's the proper way to approach this?

I helped someone build a site - all posts & articles were showing their featured images as expected. The site owner just contacted me to say that all posts are now showing the same image. They have updated to DIVI 5.6.2

Hi!

How do I add the "fetchpriority=high" attribute to an image in divi? The image is used as a background image in a full-width section. it's slowing down a page.

I used Dp card carousel module on my website, it works, swipe and shows dot points on my mobile view on desktop, but on my phone, it does not work, everything is there but doesn't slide, and the dot point doesn't shows, even on autoplay or whatever i can change on setup...

Hello,
I’d like to display the reviews my customers leave on my Google listing on my website. I tried Trustindex, but nothing appears (and I’ve since realised there’s a free trial period, after which you have to pay). I also tried the Review Widget Addon for Divi, but that doesn’t work either. Has anyone else managed to set this up? Thanks.

The home page for my website comes up blank. Inspecting in Chrome shows the page is empty, but if I am signed in the WP Admin and view the home page, it is there. I can view other pages by entering the full URL, but if I switch the home page to another page, it is still blank. I have cleared cache, disabled plug-ins, update Divi, updated WP, tried it in Safe mode, and just about every other suggestion I can find. Has anyone got suggestions that I may not have tried?

Live images cut in half but 100% fine in builder

Hi,
I have a website with pages column structures as follows : text 50% + 2 images 50% (each 25%).
In the builder everything is perfect. However, on the live version of the website most images are cut in half height-wise. Plus, almost every column is uneven with the next/previous one; all the while still 100% fine in the builder. I have checked cache, row, css and nothing works. I need help

"Upload an image" button is disabled in Divi child theme

Hi, the "Upload an image" button is disabled in our Divi child theme, but appears normally in the Divi theme:

Any ideas how to enable it in the child theme?

I have disabled all plugins and cleared all caches, but that didn't resolve the issue.

Menu bar showing as styled in divi editor mode but not on live site

Hi there
I've created a menu with divi, which when in edit mode it looks like how I want it to look.
However when i click save it doesn't show my styling or image at all - it seems to default to san-serif.
I created the menu in a template, then when i was ready to go live i swapped it over to global thinking that would solve the issue but it hasn't. I think it shows two menus on the site as i have one for mobile and one for desktop...
Any help would be much appreciated, i've attached photos...

I'm running Divi 4 and have a site-wide issue I can't explain.

The 'Disable on Phone' checkbox (Section/Row/Module Settings → Advanced → Visibility → Disable on: Phone) appears to be checked on every module, row, and section across every page of my site. As a result, mobile visitors see a white screen or a mostly-blank page on most pages, while desktop displays correctly.

I’ve run into an issue I haven’t seen before. One of our users was editing a post in Divi, and now all posts are displaying the exact same content.

At first, I suspected a database issue, but after checking in cPanel, everything looks fine — the original post content is still there in the database. However, on the front end, every post (including newly created ones) shows the same text.

I'm pretty new to Divi and Wordpress as a whole so please be gentle. I'm optimising a few web pages but one of them has a really high LCP despite me disabling lazy load, adding fetchpriority=high and preloading the image, I manage to figure out the image I added these attributes too is not the image giving me the LCP issue. I'm on Divi Version 4.27.6 so I unfortunately can't just add these attributes in the module like I would be able to in Version 5 I had to add it in a child theme.
