Row height and alignment

    Header is all the way to the left, and there's a large gap at the top .

    1. How can I bring everything back to the center?

    2. How can I move content to the top of the row?

    It seems like you're using specialty section.

    I would suggest you to add a new regular section with your desired Row Structure & move your modules to the new section.
    Once you moved your modules to the new regular section, you can just adjust the Section & Row padding to fit your need.
