When I have deactivated SG optimizer plugin, the message has gone, but I want to solve the conflict with this plugin if possible, addition to second issue that is, the display_errors in System Status in Support Center is still, but when I have read about it, I found it is not critical, I want to ensure from that, this following screenshot for this issue:

You will need to refer Siteground about their plugin error & see what they say.
You may contact Siteground to disable that for you as well.

    Hello!

I created global header to change a bit this one from template (to add social media icons) and after I had problems with responsive size of this header on tablet and mobile. I tried a lot of ways to do that and they didn't work... I tried with adding CSS code or with creating 3 sections in global header and each visible only for different device.
So I thought that maybe it's a problem that I made this header in global header section. I decided to remove as you said and ok header now is responsive but all work I've done on the website, appearance I made before (like colours, buttons etc.) disappeared!

Please help! I will be really thankful !

I attached photos so you can understand it better ( 1. and 1.1 global header edition and trying to duplicate header to edit it for each device (desktop, tablet and mobile) and put visible only for each device.) ( 2. and 2.1 appearance of a part of a website before and after removing global header navigation)

Please help! I will be really thankful !

Perhaps it's a Static CSS File Cache issue. You may try to disable / clear it & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Disabled / Clear

I have the same problem - I'm trying to add social icons in the main menu using elegant theme's instructions - to make that work I need to access the header in customizer but it appears for a few seconds and disappears.

    I have

removed the custom header created in divi theme builder
cleared the static css file generation - but still stuck with the wrong options in customizer. Any thoughts?

Basically, there are 2 reasons why it's being hidden.

One is that you have a Global Header in Divi Theme Builder.
Second is that you clicked to hide the header in Divi Theme Builder. See screenshot below:

I see that you set a custom header on homepage. You will need to navigate to a page where custom header is not used & access the Theme Customizer:

I have the same problem. I somehow lost my navigation menu, and the header and Navigation disappears after a second.

Here is a picture of my divi theme builder

It's because your building your custom header in Divi Theme Builder. That's why the Theme Customizer header option disappear, as those options are for default Divi header (not custom Theme Builder header).

So how do I go back to the default Divi header? I liked the Default one, and don't know how I got rid of it.

Just delete your Global Header in Divi Theme Builder & save it. Do note that after deleting the custom global header, you won't be able to retrieve it later on.

    Hello,

I want to use a custom header but the secondary bar (Top black menu) should appear in it as well but that menu is missing.

    How do I fix this?

    It's urgent.

If you're using Divi Theme Builder, then the primary & secondary bar will not load on your site.

You will need to re-create the secondary bar in Divi Theme Builder.

    Hi,
I seem to be having this same issue although after reading all the comments still can't understand why my global header and global footer disappeared.
I've cleared the CSS cache. I spent ages building these - am I not supposed to build them in the theme builder? What if I want to use this feature?

From the look of your Divi Theme Builder, it seems like you're just using the default Divi header, which can be customized in Theme Customizer. If your page doesn't have any header / footer, then most likely you're setting the page to be blank template: https://www.elegantthemes.com/documentation/divi/blank-page/

If I misunderstood your question, kindly clarify more on your issue with more screenshots.
