Mailchimp Group Integration

Hello! I've successfully added a custom Mailchimp group to my email form, here: https://lorraejo.com/pleasure-provocateur-podcast-launching-in-april/

However, when an email is added to the form, I receive the error "Subscription Error: An error occurred, please try later."

I've already ensured that no other fields (like First Name / Last Name) are required on Mailchimp's opt-in, that might prevent sign-up with just an email. Any other thoughts on what may be causing the issue?

1. What if you try to enable Name Field & see if it works. If it works, then it might just be 'required' issue with Mailchimp server.
