Bloom Opt-in Popup Only Showing for Logged In Users

    I just implemented the Divi Bloom Opt-in plugin on our site. The popup shows when I go to any page, but when I tested it in a private browser I found that it did not pop up at all. Testing on other devices, I found that it only worked for users logged into WordPress. Any ideas on how to fix this or did I miss a setting somewhere?

    I tested on my Windows Chrome incognito mode & I was able to view your bloom popup.
