Solved Is that an underline or a graphic?

    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying to achieve the same look of a thick colored line through text, almost as a highlight (image below). I can not tell if this is an underline, or a graphic on a separate layer.
    Has anyone seen something like this and replicated it in Divi? If so, how?

    Any help or suggestions with this would be greatly appreciated, I am at a total loss.
