Solved Divi Ultimate Header #11 Vertical Background

    I am trying to find how to change the Background Color of the Vertical Background (on the left) of Header #11. I changed the I thought it should be and nothing happened. Then I tried other locations, and nothing. Am I just missing it or is it hardcoded into CSS?
