Solved Blog Module - Image Overlay (DU)

    Divi Ultimate Child Theme Divi Powerful Child Theme

    I have used the Magazine front-page (BLOG LIST (GRID - BIG CENTER AND SMALL)) as a layout. Everything is fine. I would like to remove the "overlays" on the top section, but cannot find any reference.
    I have removed the background of the section ::after: background: rgba(0,0,0,0.1)!important to no avail.
    There is no background and no CSS class indicating an overlay. Removing "free-blog-list-2" from the blog module settings, shows the lighter (original) image, but of course, destroys the layout.
    Is there something I have missed or a CSS snippet I could use?
