Solved Reduce / Shrink the height of the text module

Hi,

In some pages I want to show:
- Primary Menu Bar with logo and Primary Menu (this is ok)
- Text module with a few columns. In each colum a text and maybe an icon doing like a submenu style

For example:


But I add a text module and a few colums to do a test. I put colors to the different parts:
- Section: dark violet color
- Row: orange
- Colums: Red and green



The height of the section is too large. How can I reduce this? Both the height of the section and the row to do something like this:
