Solved Anchor from Main menu become active on current page.

    Hello.

    I need menu item link was like anchor to section on homepage. Problem is:

    If anchor looks like "#aboutus" it is working only on the current page, where i have section ID "aboutus". if i'll push to this anchor from another page there is nothing happends.
    If anchors looks like "https://website.com/#aboutus" (or "/#aboutus") it is working good. I can push on it from any page and it will bring to desired sectiond place on homepage.

    BUT! If anchor have long link this button is always look like active on Primary Menu bar if i stay on this page. How to turn off this?
    Screenshot shows than menu button "About" is always active on this currently page (this is gome page).

    Try to set this option & see if it works: Divi > Theme Options > Navigation > General Settings > Alternative scroll-to-anchor method

    As for the active issue, kindly share your URL.

    Have turn on rhis option, but nothing. Anchor still active.

    Have problem. This button with this code dissapearing on Firefox and Chrome. I can see it only on Opera.

    It's because you set the active link color to be white. It's in Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Primary Menu Bar > Active Link Color.

    Same issue here, I can't go to the anchored section from other pages. I also don't have the "Alternative scroll-to-anchor method" option in my Divi Theme options, as you can see in the image.

    I think Divi already removed that option.

    Couldn't view your site. But I would guess that it's a jQuery error.

    Thus you may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it works in Safe Mode, one of the below is the culprit:
    1. Plugins
    2. Child Theme
    3. Custom code in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration

    For that case, I would suggest you to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

    But before that, you may want to make sure that you updated Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.
