Solved Error when activating Divi Powerful

    Divi Ultimate Child Theme Divi Powerful Child Theme Divi Ultimate Archive Plugin Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    As soon as I activate the theme, I get this message: "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

    I never got any emails but I'm assuming it's just to tell me that the site theme has an error. I've tried to change the PHP versions to these but it didn't help: PHP 5.6, PHP 7.1, PHP 7.2

    This is the second time this has happened to a site, I've abandoned the theme last time but I'd like to figure out what is happening if possible.

    Haven't heard of this issue before. May I know which version you're using? Try to install the latest version v1.1.0 & see if the issue still persist: https://divi.help/threads/divi-powerful-child-theme-v1-1-0.2485/

    **You should check your junk mail for the email.

    **Do note that if you’re using Divi Powerful, then you don’t have to install those standalone header, footer, blog & archive plugins. This is because Divi Powerful already has all the features included. Those standalone plugins are meant to be used on any Divi sites that doesn’t use our child theme.

    I'm using the latest version, still no email - I looked everywhere. This error only goes away if I rename and remove the theme.

    No, none of those. I do have Divi Powerful Plugin installed and active though. I tried to deactivating this one but it did nothing.
