Normally, I can go to Theme Customizer>Header & Navigation>Primary Menu Bar>Logo Max Height, and it will adjust the size of a logo on the Tablet and Mobile View.
It looked like it was working, for a second, but when I published, it snapped back.

Divi Primary Menu Bar Logo Max Height is Not Adjusting on Mobile or Tablet Responsive View.png
I looked at a client site, and it seemed to be adjusting perfectly fine, using the typical setting, but my site is not being agreeable, for some reason.
Now, when I try to adjust the slider, for that setting, it doesn't move the logo at-all, in the back-end.

I tried clearing the cache, and even a couple CSS strings I found from some searches, but nothing is affecting it, now.
    Stuff like this:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
The stuff that matters did not work.
I also switched it to centered inline header style, so that it would look better on tablet and mobile.

I got the menu looking right, and had to use CSS for the hash color, but that logo just won't move.
I just need to increase its size, so that it looks proportional on the smaller responsive viewables.

    Thanks for your Help! :)
    Ivan

Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    **Adjust to fit your need.
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

Whoops, I may have spoken a bit too soon.
It looks like that was perfect for the header, but the footer reveal feature is now glitched on mobile.

    Any ideas?
I might just switch it to something else, or turn it off, but I think it has been looking good for a while.

Do note that for footer reveal, if the custom footer height is bigger than your screen, then it will be disabled (return to original positioning).

Is that what you're referring to?

Actually, what happens is the Logo is simply cut-off.
It's like the footer doesn't completely reveal.

The problem didn't happen, until I implemented that piece of code you gave me.
I went ahead, and lowered the size of the logo in the footer, by about 25%, and now it's appearing properly, though.

In addition to my last reply, please advise me on how to deal with the title tags.
I have set title tags, globally, and some of them look fine on mobile, but others are horribly disproportionate.

This has never been a problem on client sites, or other assets.
It might be due to custom sizing, per module, so that H2-5 can have the same Display size, but I'm really not sure, because this is the only asset I've ever seen this problem on.

Is there any way to stop words from being cut-off, with a global setting, or piece of CSS?
I've corrected it, to some degree, with global settings, but the appearance actually seems to vary with different browser on my mobile phone, also.

On one browser (puffin), the bold formatting doesn't even show properly.
The screenshots attached are from the most narrow responsive view on FireFox.

    Any ideas, here?
    Thanks!
