Solved Divi Ultimate Header Layouts

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    I have uploaded the divi Ultimate Header to my site and went to DU Header Library to import the layouts however the import button is not there.

    Might be due to some other plugins. Try to go to WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled & see if the import button shows up.

    If it shows up, meaning one of your plugins is causing the missing import button. You will need to enable / disable your plugin one by one to find the culprit.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I went into safe mode, however once I did that it also disabled Divi Ultimate Header so I am unable to see if the import button appears.

    The import button is part of the default Divi theme feature. Not our plugin. So even if our plugin is disabled, you should be able to see the import button.

    If it still doesn't up after enabling Safe Mode, then you could try to look at WP Admin > Divi > Role Editor. Make sure the Portability option is enabled. See screenshot below:

    Thank you for your help. I ended up disabling the other plugins and then reloading Divi theme and it worked.
