Solved Serve scaled images

    Hello,

    most is fine with the magazine template - only "serve scaled images" when testing with gtmetrix failed to zero. is there any solution for this? i saw in another thread from 2018 that you guys will look into it.i have everything up2date i think but not sure with the childtheme ultimate - i mean it is over version 8 but still shows 5.0.1 at theme details. looks like the number at theme details didn't updated when i made an update with version 8 earlier.

    Basically, we are using Divi blog module for the magazine template.

    For Divi blog module, there's only 2 different sizes for the thumbnail:
    1. Full Size
    2. 400 x 250
    The size is determined by this settings: Blog module > Design > Layout

    If you choose Fullwidth for that, it will show the thumbnail in Full size.
    If you choose Grid for that, it will show the thumbnail in 400 x 250.

    So for the thumbnail, with the smaller size, you will want to choose Grid layout.

    That's the only way to change the size of the thumbnail.
    You should look at the version for Divi Ultimate Plugin.
    That's for the Related Posts section in single blog post page. We already fixed that, since it's using our custom blog template.

    Sorry for late response … i understand now and found that some small modules had full size ... i fixed it to thumbnails. much better. it's solved. thank you! not 100% for page speed checking but anyway it's much better now.
