Theme builder not working

    Divi Powerful Child Theme

    My theme builder does not work (divi 4.0.1), and im pretty sure its because of divi powerful child theme which I have installed... ??

    Kindly elaborate more on the issue you have with Theme Builder.

    Also to confirm whether it's our child theme issue, you can try to go to:
    1. Appearance > Themes & switch to Divi theme as active theme.
    2. Disable Divi Powerful Plugin.

    And see if the issue still persist.

    Hi there.
    Thank you for helping.

    When I use the standard Divi Theme and disable the plugin, the problems are gone and everything works as it should.
    So, I think the problem is in the powerful theme or plugin.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    The problem is, that when try to build a new footer or whether in the theme builder, it just keeps spinning. And if I apply one of your designs, it breaks the whole website and makes it totally blank on load.
    So far only to middle part is working. However. When applying this, my footer stops working?? There are some comparability issues I think.

    We ran a quick test on a demo site with Divi 4.0 + Divi Powerful & the theme builder works just fine. We can load / build new layouts in the Theme Builder Footer without issue.

    Basically, if you are good with our Theme Customizer settings, then you don't have to use Theme Builder. But if you wish us to check further on your site, kindly check your PM. Will need a temporary admin login to check further.

    I think it looks nice with your theme, but for future instances and in case I want to do something outside of the range of your designs, I would really like for it to work on the theme builder.
