Did you make any changes to the child theme files? If not, try to re-install / re-upload our child theme & see if it works. If you couldn't access WP Admin, then you will need to use FTP / cPanel File Manager to delete our child theme & upload it again.
**Do note that if you made any changes to child theme files, deleting it will remove all your custom changes to the child theme files. For example, if you edit the child theme style.css, then deleting it will remove all the custom changes you made for the style.css file.

If you don't wish to re-install / re-upload the child theme, then you can try to use FTP / cPanel File Manager to replace this problematic file: /wp-content/themes/Divi-Powerful/dp-assets/main-functions.php
**Download the child theme zip & unzip it to find the /dp-assets/main-functions.php & upload it to overwrite your current problematic one.

And you just need to style the mobile header in Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation
