Solved In Text Hyperlink Customization

Hello!

I wanted to have all in text links sitewide be bold, underlined and blue #1C05FC on site https://fureverbookkeepingbuild.wpcomstaging.com/.

I received the following code that is working a bit too well. I only want the links within the posts widgets (body text on each page) to have this styling. This code is causing every little button and linking icon, including the mobile hamburger menu, to follow these rules.

text-decoration: underline;
font-weight: bold;
}

Is this in the wrong place and just need to be moved somewhere else, or another way to modify in order to only focus on page body text?
