Solved Removing " [number] + [number] = " in Contact Form next to Submit button

    I have created a contact form using the Contact Form module using Divi Visual Builder. However, there is a section " [number] + [number] = " at the bottom of the contact form that I cannot seem to be able to remove, as you can see in the screenshot below, next to the Submit button. How to remove it? Thank you so much for your help
