Solved Video module not working with YouTube

    Hi,

    I recently added a site. with video module, that worked perfect. It was a link from youtube, unfortunately today discovered that the module is not working.
    Another links doesn't work either.

    Could you please help me?

    ok, so the same day the problem dissapeared and now it's back

    So it's back again..

    Anyway I talked with tech support, so if anybody has the same problem - try steps from this thread:

    "the problem could be caused by a 3rd party plugin or some conflict with other codes, can you please try enabling the Safe Mode from the Support Center and see if the issue is fixed?
    You can do so by going to Divi > Support Center, scroll down until you find the "Safe Mode" section and you can enable it there.

    Note: The plugins / custom codes will be disabled just for your account, your visitors will not be affected by the change. "
