Solved Help Disable CSS Hover Effect on Mobile

    Hello Community! I have a question and could use some help! I have blurb hoover effects on my website that work well on desktop but really lose their luster on mobile. I am wondering if anyone can offer help with css code to disable the hover effect on the 2 sections on mobile mobile only? Here is my website to take a look. I would be happy to pay you for your time & knowledge.
