    Hi,

I wan’t to apologise for two things. First, sorry for my english, i’ll do my best.

In second time, i’m not webmaster, webdev or nothing else like. I’m a totaly noob in this kind of activity.

I try to make a website for a project of mine (an association of volunteer, we don’t have money, ok ?). I have an access to Divi by a friend of mine (he’s a busy webdev, nope he can’t help us.) on our wordpress website.

I learn how Divi work and it’s really great, i manage to do what i wan’t for this site. But i have a big (BIG) problem of actualisation. When i manage a page with the visual builder of divi, when i save all of my modification and quit the visual builder. There is no update of the page.

I'll put it another way: when I'm in the visual builder, I have a complex page that is almost finished. When I leave the builder, I have the page again as it was at the first publishing. When I go to my site as a visitor, the changes do not appear. Basically, Divi does not apply the changes made in the builder to the page...

    Any idea ? i miss something ?

    Thanks (and sorry)

  2. Your English is just fine. No apologies needed.

There is a common issue among new users with saving -- it's not so self explanatory. There is the checkbox in each module, which does not actually save, but applies the modifications of the module. Then there is the save, which is found when you click the purple button with 3 dots at the bottom of the page. It expands a new menu and on the far right is a save button. This is often missed as necessary, especially when it appears to autosave. The autosaves are for revision history only and you must click this bottom save button to save the page.

Is this the way you are saving? If not, there may be a caching issue. Do you have a site url for us to look at?
