Hidden Footer settings?

    Hi everyone. Im new on forum and Im from Poland so sorry for my English. I will try to best describe my problem. I hope You can help me.

    I use divi engine and themes but in this case I really dont know whats happen.

    I try to edit footer. And I go to THEME CUSTOMIZER / CUSTOMIZE / and in first 3-5 seconds when a left menu loading I see a FOOTER but after 3-5sec hidden (I dont see)

    First picture show SETTINGS on first 3-5sec.
    Second picture show SETTINGS after 3-5sec.

    Can You help me? I will gratefull

    Are you using the Divi Template Builder, and do you have a default footer set? If so, the footer area you are talking about is turned off, as the edits will need to be done in the template builder. This also occurs for the header, if a default header is created in the template builder.
