    Based on what I see, you only got the Menu & Submenu Hover Style blocks in it. That's why it's empty, as they are just blocks with codes to style the custom header.

    Make sure that you have the Header & Navigation block in it as well. See screenshot below:

    Right, that makes sense, thank you. I'm assuming that once I've uploaded the header, I'll be able to restyle it, as I need something far simpler in styling that what is available, but I'll take it from here.

    You may just find a header style that has the menu module that you need & import it & remove the rest of unused elements.
