Bloom pop-up problem

My Bloom pop-up isn't showing up properly on page. In preview mode I can see the full pop-up but on the page only half of it shows up. The form boxes aren't there. I've tried adding some code to make the full box appear but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Thank you. It's set to pop up when you click on one of the buttons, but seems to have stopped working all of a sudden.

I don't see any jquery error on your site.

Also I don't see any bloom popup added on your site. Make sure that you already created a bloom popup & link it to an email optin account.

And set your bloom popup to be trigger on click with #popup (as per what you set up currently on your site).

Though, it's not recommended to have more than 1 similar CSS ID. You may consider to change it to CSS Class instead.
