I inherited 4 divi websites with a tailored menu - which I believe is part of the divi powerful; theme?

A week or so ago the menus stopped working (broken-menu.png attached)

I installed the updated divi powerful theme to 1.2 but no difference.

I then tried to install the divi powerful plugin and that "seemed" to work - however after being installed for a day then I am getting huge memory consumption as per:

    Fatal error
: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 126732042744 bytes) in /home/customer/www/kandap.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/Divi/core/functions.php on line 26

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

On another site I have got in and disabled the plugin then the menu goes back to being broken but I can navigate around the admin panel at least.

On another site, I cant actually get into the admin panel to turn it off.
Another site says there is an update available for the plugin in to 1,2.1 however if I try to turn the plugin off or install the update I just get a 502 bad gateway error.

I have had the sites checked by siteground my host who say all is fine from their end.
I am perplexed as to how to proceed, I have 4 sites all exhibiting the same issues the worst being kandap.co.uk that I can't actually get into the WordPress admin panel at the moment.
Any help or pointers much appreciated
    Thanks

Not sure what's your settings for the memory limit, but you may try to set it to be 640M according to this article: https://aspengrovestudios.com/recommended-settings-for-divi-hosting/

Here's a tutorial on changing the memory limit: https://diviplugins.com/divi-php-memory-errors/

Once you change that see if you can log in.

For the site that you still couldn't log in, you will need to use FTP to deactivate all your plugins: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Once you got to log in to your site, try to enable our plugin + child theme & see if it works. If it works, then only activate other plugins.

    =======

I doubt that our assistant plugin is causing the issue, as it's pretty lightweight. And you will need both our child theme + assistant plugin for it to work properly.

    Thanks for the info,
I "believe" that I have managed to isolate the problem to some form of incompatibility between The Divi-Powerful plugin AND the siteground optimizer plugin.
I managed to get into the admin panel on kandap.co.uk and kandap-driveways.co.uk (thanks for the link BTW didn't know I could do that).
On both I have updated Divi Powerful theme and Divi Powerful plugin to the latest versions BUT left the Siteground optimizer plugin disabled.
Both are currently running as expected.
I will ask siteground to comment ;o)
    Thanks
