Dropdown menu not working in text module

    Dear Support,

    I cant choose any header in the dropdown. The arrow button is not working, it doesnt drop down the opportunities.

    I would suggest you to first clear your site cache & browser cache & see if it works.

    If not, try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If not, you will need to update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.

    Alternatively, if you know about HTML, you may click the Text tab & edit the HTML itself.

    The html method works only, even if I want to modify the heading's font size.

    Not quite sure what you meant. Have you tried to clear your cache or enable Safe Mode?

    Please allow me to pick up this conversation.. years later. Divi has no shortage of annoying problems that should have been solved by now, but they haven't. This text module issue is just one of many examples. This same issue happens to me on a regular basis and it's extremely annoying. Yes I have updated everything, cleared divi's cache, my browser cache, tried safe mode, and flushed my permalinks. I even tried voodoo with left over chicken bones while standing on my head.

    In all seriousness, there's something broken with this module and it needs to be fixed. Divi needs to step up and start fixing these annoying bugs that have persisted for years! Do they not realize that the competition will eat their lunch? So much wasted potential. As a paying customer, I would just say:
    "Come on Divi, do better. "
