Solved Global Popup not scrolling, background cuts off, on WooCommerce Product Category pages

I am seeing two issues with the Global Popup when they appear on WooCommerce "Product Category" pages. Please note that these issues are not appearing on regular Pages; the issue is only on WooCommerce "Product Category" pages.

Issue #1
The Global Popup is not scrolling on smaller viewports including pho nes. The "scrolling" which I am referring to is scrolling within the popup itself (when the popup content goes below the fold, and the user must scroll to see it all). I am not referring to the "Enable body scrolling during popup" option. I have tried turning on and off all three Global Popup options under Customizing > Divi Powerful Settings > Global Popup, but none of the options solve the problem of the popup not scrolling on WooCommerce Product Category pages.

Issue #2
The Global Popup's background colour cuts off at the bottom (the background colour does not fill the entire page, but instead it stops just below where the popup's text ends. Again, I am only seeing this issue on WooCommerce "Product Category" pages.
