FOUC

    Been getting a momentary flash of unstyled content when page loads. Referred to as FOUC.

    Don't want to run a Preloader... tried a couple of scripts (broke site).... have dumped static CSS and am not running Cache yet as I want to see if this can be fixed first.

    Any suggestions welcome.
