Intermittent image display bug

I am trying to resolve a problem on a web site that I did not create. I am volunteering on a small ngo organism that paid a professional to make their web site. Unfortunately the website is acting strangely and we don't have money anymore to hire that person for now.

The website is made with wordpress and the DIVI supreme pro plugin and others plugin..

The display problem I encounter is intermittent. Sometimes all the images are well displayed on the web page and sometimes when some of the images are not there.

I have looked in the code with the dev tool of a web browser: I have copied the link of the image it should display

One thing is strange, the image is hardcoded and is not relative to the web site? Is it normal, is it a parameter in DIVI. Should I change the way the image has been added on the web page?

The second thing , and the strangest thing also, is when I copied this exact same link on a web browser, sometimes the image is displayed but sometimes it is a CSS code that I see?

What can I look for to solve this kind of problem? Have some ever seen that?

I checked my site & it's also using full URL. So, that's normal.
For the first time when I tried to load the image, it showed a jQuery code, which is related to Divi Supreme plugin. Not sure if that issue is caused by Divi Supreme plugin or not.

If you have cache plugin installed, I would suggest you to first disable it & see if the missing image issue is still happening or not. If still not working, then try to disable Divi Supreme plugin instead & see if it works.
