    Working on some new blog post layouts.

    The background in the post content module stays white no matter what I do.
    Made the background transparent, still shows as white.

    default site color is fcecdd

    Added this into css since I saw it on another post in a similar issue.
    #main-content {
    background-color: #FCECDD!important;
    }

    Still white in divi visual editor
    looked everywhere, background color indicated properly it seems.

    It's a-ok on the live site after saving etc.
    Irritating that I can't see the background color while in visual editor

    And it wasn't just my custom color. Couldn't change the background color of post content module to any of the default colors either

    Solution??

    Thanks

    Have you first try to set your Section Settings background color to be transparent?

    I was also able to set the color of the Post Content module. See screenshot below:

    I also tried to set #main-content to have background color #FCECDD. Then set my Section Settings background to be transparent & I was able to see the #FCECDD color as background. See sreenshot below:

    None of those workarounds actually work for me in Divi 4.22.0 - no matter what I change, the post content settings background remains white in the Divi editor making it extremely difficult to work with.

    I'm not sure if this is the answer but I have many extensions in my Firefox browser. If I try to use Divi using Firefox, the extensions interfere. My workaround is to use another browser that is not ladened with extensions. Another workaround for me is to work on my website using VMWare where the operating system and browsers are the default.
