    Hi there,

On this page, Dry Claw Vacuum Pumps Archives - Vacuum & blowing solutions | VABS Ltd (thewebsiteguardians.dev), for mobile, the desktop side navigation reverts to the hamburger method (currently the letter 'A' appears, ignore that, it still activates the menu); what I want to do is turn off this menu for mobile and have a new menu module, serving the same menu, like the example here https://diviblock.com/divi-slide-in-bar/ - is this Diviblock module going to allow me to use an existing Wordpress menu? i.e., the one that is being used for the desktop sidebar menu.

    Cheers
    Grant

I've decided to give it a try, see what happens. I've downloaded the file from the link above and receive a zipped file 'UNZIP_ME_diviblock_65c17527bdb77' which I've unzipped and have tried importing the jason file, but I can't find it in the library anywhere. What's the correct procedure for importing/using one of these blocks?

    Check this out: https://diviblock.com/how-to-import-json-file/

And yes the slide in block that you mentioned is using Wordpress menu.

Thanks for those links, they were helpful.

I go the json file to download and import but when it imports it says I need to upgrade to Pro Membership account (see attached screenshot) - but I have a pro membership account, I wouldn't have been able to download the file otherwise.

    Any idea what's going on?

Thanks for your assistance, that's all working as I want it now.

But one thing, since loading the DiviBlock module, I sometimes get the page loading with scrambled styling (as in screenshot below), any idea as to what's changed that could cause this to happen? It definitely wasn't happening before the DiviBlock module got added to the site. Refreshing the page fixes it, but I'd rather it wasn't happening
    at all.

    Cheers
    Grant

Are you still having this issue? As I wasn't able to see the issue on your site.

Yes, it's the worst kind of issue, sporadic. Happens every now and then. Personally, it doesn't bother me so much since refreshing the site sorts it. But as soon as it happens for the client, it'll be an issue. So, I'd prefer that what ever is causing it could be fixed.

UPDATE - I just had it happen again after writing the above paragraphs, after 3 page loads, but then tested for another 40'ish and everything was fine. I doubt that it's possible to track it down as there's no pattern that I can detect. Just fingers crossed that it doesn't happen at any crucial moment, I guess.

If you want, you may use our Divi Block preloader (first one - empty white space) to hide content until it's fully loaded. See screenshot below:
**You will need to import it to your Divi Theme Builder global header & move it to be the first section.
**By doing so, on every load you will first see empty screen, then only your site when it's fully loaded.

Will that stop the layout from getting scrambled?

Yes. But you will see white space first, then only your site loaded in full nicely.

If you don't want white space, then you can choose other interactive preloader design.
