Best way to customize a Row's column widths?

    The row/column options didn't quite work for what the footer design (below) needs, so I have had to customize things. What is the best way of doing this?

    I chose the row with 4 columns and then using the Custom CSS for the row's columns, adjusted their widths with width:100%; max-width:%; I also used the Custom Gutter Width and set it to 1. Is this a sound method? Is there a better way to do this in Divi that I have yet to discover?

    I believe it’s easier to achieve that by using specialty section.
