Solved add divider line to a blurb module

I'm trying to make a webpage with a grid of blurbs that change background color on hover.
I would like to have a divider under the title, is there a way to add a horizontal line to a blurb module?




I've tried using a table to fake it but the individual cells change color on hover instead of the whole table.

 

sorry my question was confusing-- I am setting the hover color on the blurb background. I meant that the only way i could find to get a divider was using separate modules or a table, but i wanted to use the blurb so the title and description would change color at the same time.
