Solved Parent page redirecting to subpages

    Hi! I need help, please!

    I created a parent page, but when I click it, it goes straight to a subpage instead of showing the parent’s content. I have double checked the following:

    • Menu link points to the right page
    • Re-added it to the menu as a parent page
    • I made sure is nor redirected
    Any other ideas?

    Hello JayWhy,

    Have you try to save permalinks and test again? This usually fix that kind of issues.

    Are you using a translation tool? That might be the "problem" with your situation. I have checked the webpage in English and it's working fine. Check your translation tool settings for redirections etc.

    You may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it works, meaning the redirection is caused by one of your plugins. You will then need to enable / disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    For that case, you might want to access your FTP or cPanel File Manager to find your .htaccess file & see if there's any rules set for the redirection for that specific page.

    Thanks, I just ended up duplicating the page, Deteted the original one and replaced it with the duplicated one. That worked!
