Im trying to translate the global footer, but it is not displaying on other languages.
Is there any fix for this?

It works with WPML. You just need to go to Divi > DU Footer - Library & translate your custom footer there.

I found out what the problem was. I was using global modules for the footer, which apparently do not work with WPML.
