    You will need to set the menu hover style in Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Vertical Navigation > Choose your custom menu hover style

    Do note that it's Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Vertical Navigation, not Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Header & Navigation Styling.
    **Vertical Navigation has it's own Theme Customizer section.

    worked like a charm one more question I'm building 2 sites for a photographer that will be identical to each other but one light one dark the other site is artchickphotography.com but client wants a space between menu will Ultimate respect the existing CSS?
