Solved Site all messed up: Divi Ultimate Theme

Hi: This site was built using Divi Utlimate - Header, Footer and many elements that are all messed up were all created with the Ultimate Theme or Plugin. I'm attaching 2 photos, what the site looked like when I created it - it's beautiful with all of your elements, and what it looks like now. It looks fine in Chrome, awful in all other browsers. When I'm working in backend looks great. Is there some update I need? Can't figure out why it looks so awful.

 

Okay, just de-activated and deleted both the Hummingbird Plugin and Securi Security. No cigar. Weirdest thing, I re-imported my backup from when I created the site, cleared cache in my Chrome browser, then site looked awful in Chrome too - then I flushed the cache in his Managed Wordpress, and it came back up beautifully in Chrome, but only in Chrome.

 

Hi: I have a new issue regarding menu responsiveness, but cannot access support; says I have insufficient privileges - I am logged in, so don't know why. On this site: http://dev.cs.wfu.edu/

I am trying to make the menu responsive. At 1270 px, I have reduced the size of the font, by adding this css:

@media screen and (max-width: 1270px) {
.free-du-plugin-header .et_pb_fullwidth_menu .fullwidth-menu-nav>ul>li>a {
font-size: 12px !important;
}}

but that only works until 1150 pixels - Between the 1150 and until it hits the mobile menu, I would like to make the menu full-width so it will fit. Is that possible?
