AB Testing problems

    Hello, I have never used nor activated not even planned to use the testing module but my site is constantly posting data to the DB via ajax and taking over 6 seconds on the task, it all started when I noticed errors in the Apache logs about a script not finding a table called "wp_et_divi_ab_testing_stats", that was the first time I heard about AB Testing, no idea why it was asking for it but after a lot of digging I manually created the table based on ab-testing.php, ajax request was still taking for ever and I tried to activate deactivate AB from the builder but that doesn't change anything, so my only option was to go back to ab-testing.php and comment all the "add_action" declarations. Am I the only one having issues with AB? is there anyway to fully deactivate or remove this functionality?
    If AB didn't take forever and slow down my website load time I wouldn't mind.
