Solved Add a transparent image overlay to a background video

    Hi there,
    I need to darken my cover video a little: https://www.latinproject.es/
    I try to add a transparent image overlay to a background video but it is not working.

    I have uploaded an image and I have use it with class css with the following code:

    .ds-video-image-overlay1.et_pb_fullwidth_header:before {
    content: url(https://www.latinproject.es/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/negro_1920.jpg);
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
    opacity: 0.7;
    }

    What am I doing wrong? Why don't I see the opacity? Any other solution to make my video look darker and highlight the title?
