Solved Anchor links not working in split-screen layout

    Hello,

    I've been struggling with anchor links not working on a page I've been developing. It can be viewed here: https://performancepnw.uvic.ca/artifact-subpage-3/

    The buttons on the bottom left (Intro, History, Responses, Media) are intended to scroll the right side to the relevant section, but they do not work! I've tried searching for solutions but have not been able to find one yet.

    Have I missed something in setting up the anchor links? Or is the layout causing the issue? Thank you for any solutions or suggestions you can provide. Please let me know if there is any other info I can provide.
