Solved Block Pro - Promo Bar

    I seem to be getting some unstyled content loading FOUC? then the page loads. Only thing I recently added was the Promo Bar from Block Pro.

    I tried the following:
    <script type="text/javascript"> var elm=document.getElementsByTagName("html")[0]; elm.style.display="none"; document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded",function(event) {elm.style.display="block"; }); </script>

    But doesnt seem to make any difference.
    Dynamic CSS is enabled but Static CSS is disabled.

    Any help appreciated ... showing site tonight to client.

    Static CSS is needed to avoid FOUC:

    If you do not wish to use Static CSS, then you can use our Divi Block preloader block. If you do not wish to have any preloader icon, then choose the first preloader block, which has only empty space to fix the FOUC issue. Make sure that you move the preloader sections to be the first section of your header.
