Blog post full width sections

Hi,

I want to have fullwdith sections for a title, text and cta sections on my single blog posts.

So i created a layout template ina draft page post then saved it to the templates.

I then created a post and imported the layout, however the full wdoth sections not have a gutter to teh same width of the blog post.

I saw a elegant themes video -

and in this he does the same as what im doing but then in the divi post settings on the back end makes the page fullwidth.

i cant see this menu, i only see page settings.
