Solved Can't see divi ultimate header options in theme customizer

Hi,

I have tried to install divi ultimate header and the options did not appear in the theme customizer, so I tried to follow the instructions above regarding the bug, but my version of divi says 'The previously used version of Divi does not support version rollback.'

Can you please help?!
