    Try to clear your Divi Static CSS File Cache & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Clear

    If still not working, will check further on your site the next morning, as it’s already midnight here.

    Have you tried to clear / disable Divi Static CSS File cache: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Clear / Disabled

    If still not working, try to disable Dynamic CSS as well & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Dynamic CSS > Disabled

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks, it resolved the terrible display on the homepage, but still hasn't allowed a colour change.

    I see you're referring to the top section settings. It has a dark overlay CSS Class on it. To remove it, just go to the Section Settings > Advanced > CSS Class & remove free-background-overlay

    ======

    By the way, I saw that your submenu is missing on hover. It's because you set a border radius for the Row settings. To fix it, just go to the Row Settings > Advanced > Visibility > Horizontal & Vertical Overflow > Visible

    ======

    Also for your mobile menu overlap issue, you just have to go to Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Primary Menu Bar > Background Color & set it to be a solid color:

    Wait, sorry, it worked in the builder but still shows black on the desktop site?

    The colour has restored, but the fonts and alignment have gone weird???

    Try to go to WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options & click save. This should help to clear the cache as well.

    If still not working, kindly check your PM.
