content missing from header library item

    Hi there,

    I recently went in to make an update to a header, however when accessing the header template no content is showing. The header / menu is still displaying on the front end, however i am unable to edit it as there appears to be no content in the back end. the site is running WP 5.9. Thanks!

    1. Did you select ‘Header Style 1’ at Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate Header Plugin?

    2. When you first load the Header Style 1, is it straight away empty? Or it only become empty after you click on any module settings?

    3. If it only become empty after clicking on any module settings, then it might be caused by your Wordfence plugin. Check if you have Wordfence installed on your site. If yes, try to disable Wordfence or you may try to apply this changes & see if it helps: https://intercom.help/elegantthemes...builder-content-with-wordfence-plugin-enabled

    It had already been loaded and functioning correctly in the past, however after recent updates, the library item is empty when attempting to edit. So far we:
    • Deactived and re-activate the Divi Ultimate Header Plugin
    • Re-imported json layouts of the Divi Ultimate Header Plugin (It breaks the website and had to restore from backup)
    • Re-assigned the default header to Divi Ultimate Header Plugin "Header & Navigation Style 1"
    • Cleared Divi Static CSS

    But still no luck. The issue here is that we can't see the layout (Logo, address, office hours, and contact number) on Divi Library - Header & Navigation Style 1

    Perhaps you created the custom header with Divi Theme Builder. Kindly check if you have it there: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder > Global Header
