Create Border Around Page With Multiple Paragraphs

    I need a single page border that goes around several paragraphs. How can I do that? Thank you.

    I do not have a URL yet. I'm trying to design on paper what I want and I am struggling when I try to build just a page. I'm still stuck on understanding when to use Divi builder or Gutenberg blocks or front end vs back end. Once I finally create a page with mutiple paragraphs I will post. Thanks for responding.
