Solved CSS Help Needed

Hello you clever lovely people. So I am helping a school out with a website. I have managed to style the output from WP-download manager mostly but I am really stuck with 2 minor things, and wondering if you lovely people could lend a hand. On this page https://greenfordschool.co.uk/home/school-policies you'll see there are links that load different documents. All I want to do is to change the text colour of the links (e.g. Accessibility policy), I have changed the text colour of the pagination at the bottom using the code

background-color: #fff;
border: 1px solid #000000;
}
But I can't work out how to change the hover colour on this either (the numbers turn blue, I want them to turn green). You guys have always been so helpful so really would be much appreciated if you can help.
