Display Red Spot on sold out products from WooCommerce

    Hi there,
    In the art world it is very popular to display a red dot on artworks that are sold. Which would equally out of stock in Woo.
    Ideally I want to add this dot underneath my product info as shown on the attached screen shot. Has anyone come across how to do this? Any plug ins?

    Update: I've added a dot symbol • to the out of stock feature within the DP Woo Product settings module and styled it to be red. This works but I cannot figure out how to make this align to the left? Does anyone know how to make the out of stock text align to the left?
