    Before you export the design, you get to choose your desired color to replace the default red color at the color box at bottom right of the builder. See screenshot below:

    If you wish to change the hover effect color after you import the design to your Divi site, then you just need to find the hover code module (as per screenshot below) & go to the code module settings & change the color code:
