Divi Email Optin - how to add a checkbox? (Privacy Policy)

    Hi!

    I added a signing up for newsletter module and:

    1. I would like to change input name
    from "adres mejlowy" to "email"

    2. I've read that it is required by law to add a privacy policy as a chexbox,
    so if a user wants to sign up for a nesletter s/he should check a box of agreement.

    How can I add it?
